At Pauztve Perfume, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 4-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items returned after the 4-day window.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at within 4 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • If eligible, we will provide instructions and a return address.


Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
