Pauztve Perfume – Return Policy

At Pauztve, your satisfaction is our priority. If our products do not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return process.


1. Return Eligibility

a) Trial Combo Pack (5 x 8ml)

* Customers can **use the combo pack for up to 5 days**.
* If not satisfied, you may **return the trial pack within 5 days** from the date of delivery.
* Bottles should not be **broken, fully emptied, or physically damaged**.

**b) Full-Size Perfumes (50ml & 100ml)**

* Customers may **use the perfume for up to 4 days**.
* If not satisfied, the return request must be made **within 4 days of receiving the product**.
* The bottle and packaging should be **undamaged**.



2. How to Request a Return

* Inform us on **WhatsApp: 9656818480** to initiate the return.
* Share your **Order ID**, **Reason for Return**, and **Product Photos**.



3. Shipping the Return Product

* Customers must send the product back using **India Post, DTDC, or any trusted courier service**.
* The product must be packed **safely** to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
* After dispatching, customers must **share the LR (tracking number) on WhatsApp**.

5. Refund Process

* Refund will be initiated **after we receive and inspect** the returned product.
* Refund will be processed to your **original payment method** within **3–7 business days**.
* If the item is found **damaged or heavily used**, the return/refund may be rejected.



6. Important Notes

* Return shipping charges are **not refundable**.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via **UPI** or **bank transfer**.
